This information graphic provides an illustrated guide for what to do if you run into wildlife this autumn. The leaves are turning brilliant colors attracting city folk from the safe confines of the corner coffee shop. Some hikers will run into a cranky bear or an aggressive moose. Until someone develops a teleportation mobile app, this guide might be your best defense.

This project involved creating pictograms for each action. Our favorites are the Karate Kid crane kick for ‘stand and fight’ (top right) and the meditation pose for ‘speak calmly’ (middle left). Below is the conceptual sketch that led to the final information graphic.
